What
about your List Selection?
Leads utilized by AIM are in complete compliance
with all Federal and State laws and regulations.
This compliance includes but is not limited
to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Driver
and Privacy Protection Act and the Shelby Amendment.
In addition, any removal requests are done
immediately.
The acceptable industry standard for non deliverable / returned mail (per Axiom
and US Data) is 10%. AIM experiences a less than 2% return rate. This is a
result of constantly keeping our data updated and most importantly removing
undeliverable mail from our system. Very few if any automotive mail companies
make this effort to keep their database clean.
Where
do you get your information?
AIM utilizes different lists
to put together a campaign for different dealerships,
depending on their particular needs and individual
markets. Some lists are based on self-reported data,
which comes from millions of consumer surveys that
make available current vehicle ownership information,
which is not in violation of the Shelby Bill. Along
with self-reported data, we do rely on historical
automotive registration data for an insight of past
performance. Along with those two lists, we use statistical
models that target households by demographic information
such as income, age, homeownership, etc.
Example: If we are mailing for a Ford dealer
who wants to move Excursions, we can identify prospects
who are ready to purchase a full-size utility vehicle
using aggregated vehicle data and then will cross-reference
with consumers who demonstrate an affinity for Ford
(past loyalty and registration history), and those
who are likely to spend $40,000 on their next vehicle
(utilizing demographic information such as income,
age, etc). Our data is CASS certified and run through
the National Change of Address on a monthly basis
to produce a very high rate of deliverability.
Furthermore, if dealerships are using Reynolds & Reynolds or ADP, we can
do dealer downloads and do custom mailings for that dealership. If the target
is sub-prime buyers, we can utilize credit information to obtain Beacon Scores
of the dealership’s choosing. Also, we can utilize Lease Termination
information to determine what buyers are going to be ready to trade within
a certain time frame.
